Monthly Women's Circles

If you feel open to the deep power of sisterhood, to be held through the depths of our ever-flowing cycles, to see each other without fear or judgement and to create healing experiences of being seen and heard, that is the intention of this space.

Our circles offer a sacred space to tell stories, sing and support community. Gathering in this way is an ancestral and integral part of honoring our innate softness and reclaiming our strength & power.

We gather on the full moon each month in West Warwick to set intentions, drink ceremonial cacao, meditate and practice breath work. Featuring the occasional ecstatic dance, sound healing or astrology workshop, we are open to learning and growing together.

What to Bring

You can be silent or share anything in your heart.

There are no expectations but to witness and to be.

In our togetherness there is power.

Something to journal in

I’m so incredibly grateful for the women’s circle events that Kenzie has curated. It’s a place that feels safe, nurturing, loving and freeing. After experiencing some anxiety following the pandemic, I explored ways to heal and found this group session hosted by Kenzie to be so supportive in this journey. It’s also so fun and the activities bring us together while we explore our own creativity. Kenzie has the most calming energy and is a person that brings light to everyone she meets. Thank you so much Kenzie for the efforts you have made and for being such a beautiful spirit.
